WHAT WE DO

LSPDCL is responsible for developing world-class solar parks in Uttar Pradesh and creating an enabling environment for large-scale renewable energy investment. Our activities are designed to provide developers with ready-to-use infrastructure, streamlined approvals, and a transparent project development framework.

  Land Identification & Development

  We identify suitable land parcels across the state through detailed site evaluations, including solar resource assessment, topography, accessibility, water availability, and environmental considerations. Once selected, LSPDCL undertakes land development, boundary demarcation, leveling, road access creation, and preparation of the site for utility-scale project implementation.

  Creation of Solar Park Infrastructure

  LSPDCL develops essential internal infrastructure such as approach roads, boundary walls/fencing, drainage systems, water facilities, and security arrangements. This ensures that developers receive shovel-ready land with all basic facilities in place for immediate project execution.

  Coordination with Government & Regulatory Agencies

  We work closely with MNRE, SECI, UPNEDA, UPPCL, transmission utilities, district authorities, and local bodies for seamless implementation of solar park projects. This integrated approach enables timely project execution and compliant infrastructure development.

  Integration of Innovative Renewable Technologies

  We actively explore and support upcoming solutions such as Agro-PV, Floating Solar, Canal-Top Solar, Hybrid Solar Projects, BESS integration, and Solar Carports, ensuring that Uttar Pradesh remains aligned with emerging global energy trends.
